Our virtual fitness classes are designed to help all participants incorporate fitness into their weekly routine. Being physically active helps to improve digestion, memory, heart health, your immune system, sleep and cognitive functions, just to name a few. Our instructors are skilled in getting you energized and moving and they always offer a modification for any participants that are limited in mobility. Sign up and registration is easy. Select the date and time of the class you wish to participate in. You will be able to register and pay from the class link. If you are an organization, school or corporation, we can customize classes specifically for your participants, students or employees.
