Our workshops will cover all the topics to help the participants make the best food choices to live a life of health and wellness. We also provide practical steps that can be implemented immediately to effect the change participants want to see in their body.
enhanced fitness for seniors
Our enhanced fitness for seniors is designed to help mature adults and those with limited mobility to obtain and maintain functional fitness that is beneficial to their every day living. Most seniors rapidly decline in muscle mass because of inactivity. It has been shown that when seniors maintain an active lifestyle they can improve their cognitive function and memory. The classes will assist seniors to increase their mobility, strength and flexibility. This will then promote independence and self-sufficiency. All programs, classes and workshops are available virtually or in person.
