Creating art has been proven to calm the mind and relax the body. This is a great way to combat stress. Our art workshop engages all participants for 90min in a peaceful environment. The workshop is customized to your desired theme and type of craft. We offer paint and sips, wreath making, plaster crafts and vision boards.
