After School Wellness
Our afterschool programs are designed to help children ages five through 14 to become aware of how proper nutrition and physical fitness can help them excel in school and in sports. We also teach students how to make better food choices. Across the country one of the main programs to be cut from school curriculum is gym. Children on average get about 35 to 70 minutes of physical fitness weekly when it is recommended that they get 60 minutes of physical activity 5x per week. Having an afterschool program focused on fitness can help to bridge this gap. This is a great way to help students build strong bodies and disciplined minds. This is especially necessary given the effects COVID-19 has had on the educational system. Allow us to help you keep your students healthy physically and mentally. All programs, classes and workshops are available virtually or in person.
